Shipping and Insurance

Insured both ways

Every watch ships fully insured for its full value and tracked, door to door, in both directions. Risk of loss stays with us until the carrier records delivery to the address on the order.

How it ships

Once terms are agreed and funds clear in full, we pack the watch and book a fully insured, tracked service. Domestic shipments go FedEx overnight. International goes FedEx International Priority. A direct adult signature is required on every delivery, and we send tracking as soon as the label is created. In stock pieces leave within one to two business days of cleared funds unless we tell you otherwise.

Delivery and collection

A direct signature is required on every shipment. On most orders we route the package to a carrier hold location for you to collect, and that is the default unless a particular sale calls for something else. Either way somebody has to present identification and sign.

If a package cannot be delivered or collected and comes back to us, a $75 fee applies to cut a new label and send it out again. The same fee applies to any package that has to be rerouted after it is in transit.

Where we ship

We ship to the buyer's verified address only, meaning the address your card issuer holds on file or one we have confirmed with you directly. We do not ship to freight forwarders or third party addresses. On a first order at higher value we may ask for identification before a watch leaves.

Domestic and international

We ship within the United States and internationally, and every shipment goes the same way, fully insured and tracked, whatever the destination. We can reach any address using a United States ZIP code, including military addresses, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Some countries restrict watch imports, and where a destination cannot be insured or lawfully served we will tell you before you commit.

Customs and duties

On international shipments, import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the price and are not refundable. The buyer is the importer of record. We declare every shipment accurately at full value. We do not mark a watch as a gift or understate its value, and we cannot make an exception. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to us for any reason, the buyer covers freight both ways and any charges raised along the way.

Damage in transit

Examine every box before you accept it. If a carton is damaged, opened, or resealed, the delivering driver has to note it on the release form or you should refuse the package outright. Photograph it before you open it and keep all packaging, the receipt, and any tags.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can open an insurance claim while it is still live. Every shipment is insured for its full value and a covered loss is made right. A claim reported late, or one where the packaging is gone or the damage was never noted at delivery, is routinely denied by the carrier's insurer, and we cannot cover what they refuse.
